Services

At VJR Business Support we have combined our services into five packages which we think will best suit our client base, that are offered at a fixed monthly fee.

Each package can be tweaked to suit your business needs, but these give you a rough idea of what to expect.

Why do we charge a fixed monthly fee and not an hourly rate?

Well a fixed monthly fee means you know what your charges will be and can budget for them in your financial forecasting.

It also means that we are charging you for the value we bring to the business instead of the time and more importantly we can invest more in our staff and software that means you are getting a better service.

SOLE TRADER QUARTERLY

Our Sole Trader Quarterly service is for the sole trader who is happy doing most of his or her accounts on their own, but would like a little support and guidance.

 

We help you set up an MTD (Making Tax Digital) compatible accounting software, show you how to use it, provide you with advice and guidance when needed, check over your accounts quarterly and have a video call once every 6 months to discuss how your getting on and to answer any queries you may have.

SOLE TRADER QUARTERLY PLUS

Including the same level of support as our Sole Trader Quarterly service,

 

Our Plus service also includes up to 4 hours a Quarter Bookkeeping,

a video call once every 3 months and your sole trader self assessment tax return

LIMITED COMPANY BASIC

Designed to help you keep HMRC and Companies House happy, our Basic package includes one day a month Bookkeeping which covers monthly sales, purchase and bank reconciliation, payroll for up to 5 employees, annual confirmation statement submission, Hubdoc and year end accounts prep for your accountant.

This service includes a video call once every 6 months to discuss how your getting on and any queries you may have.

LIMITED COMPANY STANDARD

Our Standard service is for companies that are already established but need regular support.

Similar to the Basic package, the Standard service includes the same offering plus a more regular fortnightly Bookkeeping service, payroll for up to 10 employees, quarterly VAT return submissions and annual budget reviews.

This service also includes a video call once every 3 months to discuss your progress.

LIMITED COMPANY PLUS

Our Limited Company Plus service is for companies that are experiencing great growth and needs someone to manage the finances. 

On this package we effectively become your Virtual Finance Department, offering everything that is included in the Standard service, but done on a weekly basis.

This package would also include Xero Multi-Currency Subscription which is ideal if you trade with other countries or have to travel for work of if you have more than one company ( including in different countries) as we can support you across them all and provide consistency.
