Our Sole Trader Quarterly service is for the sole trader who is happy doing most of his or her accounts on their own, but would like a little support and guidance.


We help you set up an MTD (Making Tax Digital) compatible accounting software, show you how to use it, provide you with advice and guidance when needed, check over your accounts quarterly and have a video call once every 6 months to discuss how your getting on and to answer any queries you may have.


Including the same level of support as our Sole Trader Quarterly service,


Our Plus service also includes up to 4 hours a Quarter Bookkeeping,

a video call once every 3 months and your sole trader self assessment tax return


Designed to help you keep HMRC and Companies House happy, our Basic package includes monthly sales, purchase and bank reconciliation, payroll for up to 5 employees, annual confirmation statement submission, Hubdoc and year end accounts prep for your accountant.

This service includes a video call once every 6 months to discuss how your getting on and any queries you may have.


Our Standard service is for companies that are already established but need regular support.

Similar to the Basic package, the Standard service includes the same offering plus a more regular fortnightly bank reconciliation, payroll for up to 10 employees, quarterly VAT return submissions and annual budget reviews.

This service also includes a video call once every 3 months to discuss your progress.


Our Limited Company Plus service is for companies that are experiencing great growth and needs someone to manage the finances. 

On this package we effectively become your Virtual Finance Department, offering everything that is included in the Standard service, but done on a weekly basis.

This package would also include Xero Multi-Currency Subscription which is ideal if you trade with other countries or have to travel for work of if you have more than one company ( including in different countries) as we can support you across them all and provide consistency.

Are you an Accountant?

No we are a team of Bookkeepers, BUT if you need an accountant, we can refer you to a selection of highly qualified local ones that we are happy to work alongside.

What is the difference between a Bookkeeper and an Accountant?

Very basically put a Bookkeeper looks after the day to day transactions, whilst the accountant would analyse the data and provide you with more detailed reporting. You may choose to use our services (or that of another bookkeeper) for your day to day accounts, VAT return etc, and use your Accountant for submitting your Year End.

Do you offer Payroll and CIS?

Yes, we offer payroll services for up to 20 employees and we offer CIS verification and monthly returns.

What about Confirmation Statements?

Yes this is a service that we can include.

What softwares do you work with?

Most of our clients use Xero, but we also work with other accounting platforms such as Quickbooks, Sage etc.

Sometimes clients come to us, unsure of which accounting software they need and we will always advise based on what is best for your business not what is best for us.

What if I have more than one company?

Quite a few of our clients have more than one company and often we would work across them all providing continuity

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We offer a fixed monthly priced based on the services that you require. We would discuss this in depth before making our proposal so that you know what's included. We then review this every three months  for the first year ( and then six monthly thereafter) to ensure that we are offering you the best possible service. This review keeps our pricing fair and also enables us to increase our services as your business needs grow.

Do you take this by Direct Debit?

We have recently added this as a new feature so that you don't have to worry about remembering to pay each time.

Will I have the same Bookkeeper each time?

Generally the answer is Yes! You would normally have the same bookkeeper working on your accounts each month, unless we have to cover things such as holiday and sickness. 

Do you communicate regularly with your clients?

Yes. Your assigned bookkeeper would email or whatsapp with you fairly regularly and they would be your first point of contact if you have any questions. You would also have either a face to face or Zoom call with Victoria when we review your monthly fee.
